Centerline Networks LLC ("Centerline," "we," "us") operates centerline-networks.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only.
Information you give us
You choose whether to share anything. When you fill out our contact form, start a chat, call, or email us, we may receive:
- Your name, company, email address, and phone number
- Whatever you tell us about your business and your IT situation
- The content of messages you send us
We ask for this so we can respond to you and prepare an assessment or quote. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This comes from our hosting provider's standard logs and is used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Our chat widget sets additional cookies, and it does not load unless you accept. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Service providers
We use third-party services to operate the site and communicate with you. Each receives only what it needs, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Growably / LeadConnector — contact form and chat widget
- Microsoft 365 — our email
- Atera — our client portal and ticketing system
Client data is different
This policy covers the website. Information we access or process while providing managed IT services to a client — systems, files, credentials, and everything else on your network — is governed by the confidentiality and data-handling terms of your service agreement with us, not by this page. Those obligations are stricter, and they continue after an engagement ends.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back to us. If you would like us to delete your information, ask and we will.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls, multi-factor authentication, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Decline non-essential cookies, or withdraw that consent later
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact us and we will honor them.
Children
This site is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
