Not included in either plan Hardware, software, and licenses. New computer setup. Project work, quoted separately. Copiers and printers under a vendor contract, websites, and carrier or telecom billing. Machine-control and appliance PCs are not covered. Workstation backup is available as an add-on. Anything outside the plan is quoted in advance, so nothing lands on an invoice without your say-so.
